The time spent in the barrels gives it a characteristic golden color, contributing roundness and consistency. The main grape varieties used for its elaboration are Pedro Ximénez and Muscat of Alexandria. It is a soft, mature and balanced product, with an oak wood aroma and soft notes of vanilla and chocolate.
