Using Writers' Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey, Luxardo Amaretto, and Fever Tree Ginger Beer we modernized this strong and sweet cocktail, adding a bit of ginger spice that plays beautifully with the Green Apple profile of Writers' Tears and the sweet almond and orange aromas of Luxardo's Amaretto.
